During the lifespan of the project, the consortium will organise several exploitation workshops.
Workshop 1: First steps
Identification of foreground IP, and first thoughts on Key Exploitable Results (KERs).
The consortium will identify background and foreground IP relevant to the project, and each foreground potential user group will be highlighted.
Workshop 2: How to deal with the commonly created IP out of the project consortium?
Partners will identify their contributions to exploitable results. This will highlight the background and foreground IP flow between the partners.
Workshop 3: Refining the exit strategy and exploitation routes for SUPREEMO innovations
The stakeholders will be invited to an exploitation workshop at the end of the project. KERs and the final Exploitation and Business Plan will be presented and discussed in a business and scientific context toward market/R&D deployment.
